LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Legal Administrative Assistant to support our clients Litigation attorneys in Seattle, WA. The anticipated pay for this role is between $30-$45 an hour.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of legal administrative experience, preferably supporting attorneys in complex litigation, real estate and condemnation cases, or appellate matters.
  • Familiarity with Oregon state, federal, and appellate court procedures, including e-filing.
  • Trial preparation experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management and billing software is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and related logistics.
  • Support complex billing processes in collaboration with attorneys and billing specialists.
  • Assist with new client intake and maintain electronic records in compliance with firm standards.
  • Create and edit legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain case files, monitor deadlines, and track case progress to ensure timely disposition.
  • Prepare travel reimbursements and expense reports.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
