We are hiring a full-time Legal Assistant who will use their honed expertise to support up to five attorneys in multiple practice areas (including litigation). Responsibilities include preparing/revising documents, assembling closing binders, assisting with billing, correspondence, pleadings, and forms; scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and depositions; court and agency filings including e-filing; processing mail; file maintenance and general administrative duties along with other tasks as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of legal terminology, concepts, and practical application Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and high ethical standards Excellent telephone etiquette and client service skills Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills Strong active listening skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong prioritization, multitasking, and sound judgment Exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and planning skills with initiative Ability to work independently and collaboratively Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant with a proven track record of success.
