Description

A global AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Executive Assistant (4851) to join its Seattle office. This is an excellent opportunity to support attorneys at one of the world’s most respected law firms and play a key role in managing the daily functions of a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of executive-level legal administrative experience, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing senior-level legal or corporate administrative support
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams), and document management systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the firm
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
    This full-time hybrid role (at least 3 days in office / 2 days remote) offers the chance to join a collaborative Seattle team in a dynamic global firm.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative and project management support to attorneys, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned
  • Serve as liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments, exercising sound judgment and discretion
  • Draft, proofread, and finalize correspondence, legal documents, and presentations
  • Oversee electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting planning, and travel logistics
  • Coordinate billing matters, including prebills and final invoices
  • Mentor and collaborate with Legal Support Assistants and Administrative teams to ensure seamless support
  • Conduct research and compile materials for case preparation and executive briefings
