Must Haves:

  • 8-10+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiffs’ personal injury or medical malpractice
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software
  • Experience e-filing in federal and state courts preferredHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate are nice to have

  • Your New Role:
    This highly regarded plaintiffs’ firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with the knowledge and experience to tackle complex personal injury cases in preparation for trial.
    This is a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with some of Portland’s sharpest and most respected attorneys and support staff. Your background in plaintiffs’ work will be key as you organize medical records and bills, review insurance policies, and create medical summaries and chronologies. Your attorneys will rely on you to assist with trial and deposition prep, manage e-discovery, and interview witnesses and experts. Additional responsibilities will include e-filing with courts and preparing, editing, and finalizing correspondence, demand letters, and pleadings.
    This is a full case management role, so organization and time management skills are key. You’ll join a top-notch team of project assistants, paralegals, and attorneys who thrive with quality communication and weekly strategy meetings and case updates.
    After an in-office training period, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule.
