Location: In office:4900 Daggett Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110 Job Summary: Brown & Crouppen has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal to work in conjunction with an attorney to effectively manage high volume, top-tiered cases while providing excellent support to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities: * Ordering and reviewing police reports, supplemental reports, medical records, insurance policies, etc. * Investigation using Westlaw, REJIS, social media, etc. * Preparing pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, affidavits, medical chronologies, and other litigation support documents. * Managing attorney’s calendar and court deadlines * Preparation of settlement distributions and allocations * Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: * Experience in personal injury preferred. * Strong writing and communication skills * Ability to handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Required Education: * Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
