Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are seeking a Paralegal to join their busy Civil Litigation team based at their Swindon office.

This Litigation Legal Assistant role will allow the successful applicant to work on a varied workload that includes:

• Preparing court forms and documents, producing court bundles
• Dealing with clients and third-party professionals by email, telephone and face to face
• Support with resolving disputes and managing litigation to achieve business objective
• Carrying out due diligence on large-scale portfolios
• Assist with general administration duties
