Support members of the professional and general liability area of the Genesis Legal Department by preparing reports/correspondence legal documents, managing the discovery needs of in-house and outside counsel, obtaining medical and other records from Genesis facilities, and securing the availability of witnesses for interviews/depositions. Qualifications College degree preferred; Paralegal Certification or equivalent preferred. Experience with civil litigation, including service of process, discovery, motions practice, subpoenas, and trial/arbitration preparation is required.
