We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in The Woodlands. This is a 100% in-office position. Duties Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through discovery, resolution or trial, post-trial, and case closure Prepare court filings and assemble exhibits, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and compliance with court rules Assist with document collections, reviews, and productions, including organizing and managing high-volume document sets Draft and respond to discovery demands (interrogatories, requests for production, etc.), including managing large volumes of discovery materials Assist with preparation and support for depositions, hearings, and mediations Review, analyze, and summarize depositions, medical records, and other case-critical documents Maintain case dockets and calendars, including tracking deadlines related to discovery and court filings Coordinate electronic discovery, including working with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate production Other administrative and litigation support duties as assigned Personal Attributes Required Exhibits professional verbal and written communication skills Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills Possess strong technical skills Must be able to multi-task and successfully manage a variety of demands daily Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment Keeps appropriate people informed of the status of projects, work, and deadlines Maintains a positive and “can do” attitude Flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed Experience and Education Requirements Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program highly desired Minimum of 3 years of prior litigation paralegal experience Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the litigation lifecycle: case management, high-volume discovery, document review, and trial support Preferred probate litigation experience Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required What Kean Miller Offers We offer a people-first culture, meaningful work, competitive salaries, and an extensive benefits package that includes health, life, disability, dental, vision coverage and 401(k).
