Required and Preferred: · Minimum 7-10 years plus of Paralegal experience supporting Trial Attorneys · Experienced and Seasoned Trial Paralegal in California Law · Knows all phases of preparing for Trial: o Exhibit and Witness Lists o Jury Instructions o Motion In Limine o Pre-Trial Motions o Opening statements o Experience going to Court during Trial · Must possess excellent research and writing skills · Experienced in e-filing in local state courts · Must handle confidential materials with discretion · Be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proficient with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) · Have experience with Relativity, iManage, CCC Macros, and iPro Job Duties: · Prepare for Trials · Draft, review and revise legal documents/pleadings · Format court pleadings according to court rules · E-filing in various courts as needed · Research and writing · Communicate with Witnesses and Experts Salary: $40.00-$60.00 per hour, DOE For more information about the Firm and the position, please submit your Resume for consideration of an interview.
