Description McDivitt Law Firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is an in-person position with flexibility and a hybrid schedule, once fully trained. We are seeking an exceptional paralegal that works proficiently and effectively with attorneys and staff and has a client first mindset. The ideal candidate will be professional, positive, organized, highly motivated and proactive with superior analytical and critical thinking skills as well as the desire to provide exceptional client service. Requirements Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Ability to handle PI litigation matters from inception through trial Draft disclosures, discovery and other legal documents for attorney review Substantive knowledge of the litigation process and rules of procedure Ability to communicate status reports to client Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Associates degree or Certification in Paralegal Studies from an accredited college or university program preferred but not required Minimum of two years PI Litigation experience preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time McDivitt Law Firm offers a competitive performance-based compensation and benefits package including: Benefits 401k (matching) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid time off Education Reimbursement Flex Account Salary: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year (DOE)
