Description

I am currently working with a highly regarded law firm who are seeking to appoint a Litigation Paralegal to join their busy disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain exposure to high-quality litigation matters within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role

The successful candidate will provide essential support to solicitors and partners across a broad range of contentious matters. You will play a key role in managing cases from initial instruction through to trial, with responsibilities including:

  • Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Assisting with disclosure, evidence management, and trial bundles.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing summaries.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties.
  • Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case management and administrative tasks.

About You

  • Previous paralegal experience within litigation or dispute resolution.
  • Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Legal qualification (LLB, LPC, SQE, or equivalent) desirable.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
