Location: Finchley Central, London N3 1LH

Salary: £35,000, Negotiable based on experience
Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: 3+ years PQE

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Litigation Solicitor at LDS, you will manage a diverse caseload across commercial and contract disputes, property disputes, professional negligence, general litigation, and injunctions. We’re looking for a tactical lawyer with excellent commercial skills, a diligent approach, and a robust attitude when necessary.

• Advising clients strategically from the outset, drafting essential legal documents, and conduct legal research and analysis to support clients in litigation matters.
• Engaging in various dispute resolution methods like ADR & Mediation, negotiation, and arbitration, actively seeking efficient settlements.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and contributing to business development.
• Demonstrating high standards of client care, strong tactical and commercial skills, diligence, and excellent communication.
• Managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment, prioritising urgent matters, and maintaining accurate records with exceptional attention to detail.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive advice.
