THE ROLE:

As a Litigation Fee Earner, you’ll be responsible for managing a varied and stimulating caseload, working directly with clients to resolve disputes effectively and commercially.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Handling a broad range of litigation matters, including landlord & tenant, breach of contract, debt recovery, insolvency, and commercial litigation
• Building strong relationships with clients and referrers, delivering top-class service
• Advising both commercial and individual clients with confidence and clarity
• Contributing to business growth by developing new opportunities and client relationships
• Working collaboratively to achieve team targets and KPIs
