OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, and family law. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload while providing high-quality legal services to our clients. The Solicitor will work closely with clients, other attorneys, and legal staff to ensure effective representation and compliance with legal standards.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of various areas of law including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers’ compensation law, personal injury law, tribal laws & regulations.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients’ interests.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
  • Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal documents.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for thorough case analysis.
  • Previous experience in a legal administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines effectively.
