Opportunity for a Litigator or PI Lawyer – Military Claims Project | Remote or Office-Based | £40,000 + Uncapped Bonus Potential, £250 per successful case.
We’re working on behalf of a highly regarded legal team seeking an ambitious and proactive qualified lawyer/legal executive to help deliver a large volume of military hearing loss claims against the Ministry of Defence.
This is a unique opportunity to join a project with a clear, well-established process, designed by senior legal experts and the potential to earn significant success fees on top of a £40,000 base salary.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking charge of approx. 300 hearing loss claims involving military personnel.
  • Following a well-defined procedure to:
  • Draft and issue Letters of Claim
  • Apply to have cases added to the Hugh James Register
  • Working toward a test case hearing set for October 2025

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified lawyer (ideally with PI or litigation experience, but open to broader backgrounds)
  • Someone available quickly, organised, and comfortable following a process
  • A self-starter with strong written communication and procedural rigour

You don’t need prior experience in military claims, training and support will be provided. In fact, the process has been successfully followed by non-lawyers.

Rewards:

  • £40,000 basic salary
  • £250 success fee per successful case with 300 cases in your portfolio
  • Fully remote or hybrid working from offices in Oswestry, Shrewsbury, Birmingham or even London

If you’re looking for a change of pace, a high-impact role, and the chance to get stuck into meaningful work. this could be the project for you.
