We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details: Responsibilities Oversee and manage the preparation of all hot pot ingredients Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation in accordance with Liu Li Palace's standards Maintain knowledge of traditional and contemporary hot pot techniques and recipes Monitor and ensure food consistency, flavor, and temperature Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and refine the hot pot menu Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate and ensure the efficient flow of kitchen operations Train and supervise junior kitchen staff and apprentices, providing guidance and feedback Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Manage inventory and supplies related to hot pot ingredients, ensuring timely ordering and stock rotation Control food costs and minimize waste through efficient kitchen practices Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to hot pot dishes Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant, with a focus on Chinese cuisine and hot pot Excellent organizational and time-management abilities High attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is a plus Diploma degree in Culinary or certified equivalent professional training in a related major. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
