We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Commis to work with our Culinary team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali. Has a minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort. Has knowledge in HACCP Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable. Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks Familiarity with sanitation regulations Has a minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort. Has knowledge in HACCP Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable. Has a minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort. Responsibilities

The Commis will work within the culinary team at a luxury resort to assist in food preparation and kitchen operations. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of sanitation and performing various tasks under pressure.
