IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE IN SUPPORTING OUR EXPERIENCED TEAMS BY ASSISTING WITH THE SETUP, OPERATION, AND BREAKDOWN OF A WIDE RANGE OF AUDIO-VISUAL TECHNOLOGIES.

We are looking to appoint a highly skilled and proactive Junior Project manager or experienced AV Technician wishing to progress his career as a hands-on Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in AV systems, be a natural problem-solver, and possess the ability to coordinate with internal teams and third-party contractors to deliver exceptional events, and productions. This is a dynamic role requiring both technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills resulting in a person with excellent and fair leadership skills but also act as a mentor to junior staff members,.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All Round knowledge of AV systems is a distinct advantage, but at the same time a desire to push the technical boundaries to create new opportunities
• Budgetary skills are a definite requirement, and we would expect you to adopt our ethos of fairness to clients and suppliers while not jeopardising income streams for the company
• You will be part of a company that engages in projects as a team, regardless of the status of the projects
• Client awareness and understanding expectations for their projects is essential
• Develop and retain new clients to maintain the diversity of our portfolio of clients
