Stay updated on the latest high-tech trends, products, and company offerings to provide informed support. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
