Live Fish Hauler Cincinnati, Ohio  |  Full-Time  Pay Range $25.00 – $30.00 per hour Schedule 40+ hours per week Route Home nightly — Cincinnati hub to designated midpoint and return CDL Required CDL Not required but preferred  — clean driving record required ABOUT US Jones Lake Management has a history of excellence in fisheries and lake management. It all begins with the people hired to deliver a professional level of service in the field and at the office. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated Live Fish Hauler to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the safe, timely transport of live fish to designated drop-off points throughout your assigned region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Safely load, transport, and unload live fish, ensuring animal health throughout the journey. * Maintain accurate logs and driving records and ensure all required documentation is complete. * Represent Jones Lake Management professionally, upholding our reputation as industry leaders. * Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical concerns promptly. ROUTE & SCHEDULE * Home nightly — regional run departing from the Cincinnati area to the designated halfway meet point and returning the same day. * Typical schedule is 4 to 5 days per week with a minimum of 40 hours during peak season SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Clean driving record — no CDL required but preferred. * Excellent time management. * Strong verbal communication skills.. * Proficient use of smartphone apps for route planning and communication. * Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. * Interest in fisheries, aquatics, or natural resources is a plus. EDUCATION Associate's degree or higher in Biology, Fisheries, or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on work experience will be considered. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. * Bending at the waist and/or knees; lifting arms at or above shoulder height. * Frequent entry and exit from the truck throughout the workday. * Driving for extended periods of time. * Ability to work extended hours in all weather conditions — hauling runs rain or shine. * Must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a DOT medical card.
