Job Description Lead the game development team (game design, art, programming, QA, etc.) to continuously create engaging content for mobile and console platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders on monetization and marketing to shape and implement the live-ops roadmap. Analyze the game, players, competitors, and performance to enhance player experience. Manage team organization, workflows, planning, documentation, and communication for timely delivery. Foster a team culture of responsibility, collaboration, respect, engagement, diversity and inclusion. Develop team competencies to tackle new challenges effectively. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience managing teams and game development projects, including at least 1 year in a leadership role for a live-game project. Passion for games with strong industry knowledge, and deep understanding of live games. Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology for Agile project development, with hands-on experience managing projects using Jira. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented with high standards of work. Highly adaptable with excellent multitasking skills in a fast-changing and challenging environment. Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
