As part of our expansion, we are launching our Live Casino Studio in Monterrey, producing high-quality, English-language live casino content for international markets across Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps. We are seeking a professional and experienced Live Casino Supervisor to oversee live table operations, ensure game integrity and compliance, and support croupiers in delivering a smooth, fair, and engaging live gaming experience. This role is key to maintaining operational excellence and player satisfaction during live-streamed sessions. Key Responsibilities Manage staff rotations and shift coverage to ensure continuous operational flow. Supervise game materials across all shifts, ensuring proper handling and availability. Continuously monitor the development and flow of live games. Perform dealer (croupier) duties when operationally required. Make operational decisions in the absence of the Manager. Monitor screens and tables to ensure correct functionality and compliance with operational standards. Identify and address operational issues in real time to maintain service quality. Required Skills & Competencies Strong operational awareness and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and supervise multiple tables simultaneously. Decision-making skills under pressure. Leadership and team coordination abilities. Strong understanding of live game operations. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience as a Dealer/Croupier, Floor Supervisor, or similar operational role. Experience working in live gaming or casino environments. Availability to work rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
The Live Casino Supervisor will manage staff rotations, oversee game materials, and continuously monitor live game development and flow to ensure operational excellence. This role also involves making operational decisions in the manager's absence and performing croupier duties when necessary.
