Summary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Removing live birds from trucks and placing them on the line for processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Supports Allen Harim’s mission, vision and values * Remove live birds from cage * Hang live birds on line * Must be able to hang at least 21 birds per minute * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds * Must be able to work at line speed with the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements * Must be able to work on a platform standing for entire shift * Must be able to lift above head and below waist * Must be able to work in an environment that varies in temperature * Must be able to work extended hours and weekends if needed * Must be able to work extended hours if needed * Other duties as assigned Qualifications To Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
