REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License (required)
• Experience leading teams in physical, fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable working in farm/barn environments and night shifts

• Supervise and train live haul/catch crew members
• Schedule crew shifts, communicate start times and barn locations
• Ensure safety protocols and animal welfare standards are followed
• Conduct site inspections and lead safety talks
• Coordinate logistics with drivers, barn managers, and plant staff
• Operate Class 1 trucks and forklifts as needed
• Complete and submit accurate reports and paperwork
• Schedule and report vehicle/equipment maintenance issues
