The Back of House Staff plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our establishment, ensuring that all kitchen and service areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. In addition to that we provide on site accommodation with a room to your self, right in the heart of London.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Food safety level 2
  • At least one reference from previous job with relevant experience

SKILLS

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitised after use.
  • Support the kitchen team during service by restocking supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
