We are looking to hire a Building Manager (Live-in Position) for a building in Exeter, ON to join our team for an independent and supportive work environment, competitive salary, benefit package, performance bonuses and complete training to assist you in your new position.

Responsibilities: All duties to be performed with the highest customer service skills.

• Administration, Cleaning & Building maintenance.
• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators*)
• Problem solving with our Residents.
• Any day-to-day tasks that may arise
• Minor maintenance repairs
• Preparing apartments for new residents
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
• Assisting with leasing suites

Qualifications:

• Customer service Skills

• Cleaning experience
• Maintenance skills
• Ability to work some evening and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
