We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the Andover, Romsey, Stockbridge, Tidworth, Durrington, and surrounding villages

SUMMARY

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
  • A valid driving license is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain care plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
  • Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to supervisors.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
