Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live In care assistant to join our team in Doncaster, United Kingdom. As a Live In care assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, enhancing their quality of life and supporting their independence. Deliver personalised care and support, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration Provide emotional support, companionship, and help with light housekeeping tasks Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition Collaborate with healthcare professionals and respond appropriately to emergencies Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies Qualifications Genuine caring nature and commitment to improving the lives of others Previous experience in caregiving is advantageous, but full training will be provided Valid full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Ability to work flexible hours and commit to a live-in schedule Willingness to undertake Live-In assignments away from home Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Physical fitness to assist with daily tasks and mobility support Patience, empathy, and understanding towards clients' needs Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record-keeping Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and client needs Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Commitment to ongoing professional development and training Additional Information If you're looking for work which is extremely rewarding and satisfactory and you have a high-degree of flexibility to meet our clients' needs, we would love to hear from you.
