Care Assistants pay rates: Day Time up to £16.25 Weekends upto £17.37 Bank Holidays up to £24.38 0.35p/mile Waking nights: (rate per hour, inclusive of holiday pay) Weekday up to £14.57 Weekend up to £15.13 Bank Holidays up to £21.85 Sleep-in: (rate per night, inclusive of holiday pay) Weekday up to £100.86 Weekend up to £110.95 Bank Holidays up to £151.29 Live-in: (rate per day, inclusive of holiday pay) Low complexity up to £113.95 Medium complexity up to £142.44 High complexity up to £170.93 In addition to your pay: You will be working for a CQC rated Outstanding company You will be working for a genuinely caring company. We do a minimum of 1 hour calls (95%) - This means more care time with our lovely clients and you earn 1 hour’s pay with 1 client as opposed to many clients. Sufficient travel time between clients. If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or Heath Care Assistant we would love to hear from you.
