Company Description Job Description Become a Live-in Care Professional with Home Instead Ilkley and start making a difference to peoples lives! Home Instead Ilkley are recruiting wonderful people within the local community to provide 1-2-1 care to our clients, who live within their own homes. We are looking for a Live-in Care Professional to join the Home Instead team. The Role: To commit to living within the clients home for an agreed period of time - usually 2 week on/2 week off. To offer assistance to our client by undertaking their personal care and helping with their tasks such as shopping and household chores To maintain strict confidentiality of client and company at all times To work one on one with the client and have the ability to prioritise tasks To offer support wherever necessary to ensure the client is well looked after To report any issues of concern to the Care Team or Registered Care Manager To ensure the level of care is compliant with CQC standards and Home Instead standards It is essential that you are a naturally empathetic person. You will find it easy to build a good rapport with people and have excellent communication skills.
