JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home ( Live-in) Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to individuals in the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in group home settings, dementia care and etc.This role involves assisting with daily living activities while ensuring the dignity and rights of each resident are upheld.we have nurses to bathe them and as the owners we always come to help. SKILLS

• Experience in group home settings or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care practices and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to perform patient observation and recognize signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Understanding of resident rights and commitment to advocating for clients’ needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live comfortably and independently.

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as dressing, and meal preparation and giving medications.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Monitor and observe patients for changes in health or behavior, reporting any concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
• Respect and uphold resident rights while providing care tailored to individual needs.
• Assist clients with regular mobility if they needit.
• Follow HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality at all times.
