SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and their families, ensuring they receive the compassionate care they deserve. Your contributions will directly support our mission of putting people first.

• Provide personalized care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Assist in medications as prescribed by giving reminders and monitor clients’ health.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers and physical activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care plans.
• Document client progress and report any changes to home care supervisor.
• Foster a compassionate and respectful relationship with clients.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in caregiving or a related field. HCA certification is an asset.
• Good driver’s abstract and car insurance.
• Clean vulnerable sector check not older than 3 months
• Strong understanding of assisted living, patient care, and senior care practices.
• Ability to provide dementia and hospice care is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to caregiving.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is a requirement.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
