We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care to provide essential support to an individual in their own home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our client through personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. This role requires a blend of empathy, patience, and practical skills to ensure the well-being of those in our care.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience is preferred.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of medication administration protocols is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A valid driver’s licence is preferred for transporting clients when necessary.
  • Flexibility live in the clients home on a rota of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
  • A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities
  • Assist client with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client for any changes in condition.
  • Assist with mobility, when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to office staff.
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
