We are currently recruiting for a Live In Carer for an elderly couple 10 minutes from Southgate Tube Station.
1) Either 2 staff to rotate on live in basis
or
2) 12 hour Day Shift & 10 hour Sleep in shift

JOB DESCRIPTION

Tasks include personal care, medication, facilitating activities of daily living, friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to strike a god rapport with others and dedication to providing exceptional care. We expect staff to remain highly professional, demonstrate integrity and always be willing to go the extra mile. To support and enable maximisation of potential, encourage independence and quality of life. Good communication skills and a positive approach are essential, as is the ability to follow instructions , treat clients with dignity and a personalised approach.

Responsibilities

An Epiphany Holistic Care Facilitator plays a pivotal role in supporting and enabling our clients to achieve the best quality of life possible. We are looking for staff with great communication skills who are genuinely caring and compassionate in nature as well as good listeners.
Qualifications: NVQ level 2 or Full training provided to achieve qualification Enhanced DBS required. Experience working in the care sector and or a clinical background is desired but not essential as full training is available inclusive of care certificate and first aid.
