Job Description We're looking for two compassionate and experienced Live-in Care Professionals to join our team in Bristol, supporting a lovely couple in the BS9 area. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping our clients live comfortably and safely in their own home. As a Live In Care Professional, you'll become a trusted presence in the household, providing tailored support and companionship that enhances quality of life. Your responsibilities will include personal care, emotional support, and assisting with daily routines - all delivered with kindness, respect and professionalism. What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience in the care sector Experience with age-related conditions, especially Dementia Comfortable providing personal care to both men and women A calm, confident approach to night-time disturbances Strong written and spoken English - you'll need to read to the clients and engage in meaningful conversation Someone who is reliable, respectful, and enjoys building warm, professional relationships If you're passionate about delivering outstanding care and are ready to take on a role that's as fulfilling as it is vital, we'd love to hear from you. Qualifications Driver with own car essential Excellent organisational ability and time management skills The ability to liaise with other professionals involved in the clients' care An innate sense of warmth and friendliness, facilitating positive client relationships Good communication skills The right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship Additional Information What we offer our live in carers: Competitive pay rate of £1,155 per week Food provided by the client Two hour daily break 45 pence per mile fuel expenses, when taking the client on any outing Paid annual leave Rewards scheme Blue Light Card annual fee paid PPE provided Full training provided Ongoing support from the office, with regular contact and face to face visits from our Live in Care Managers Employee assistance program.
