SKILLS

• Experience in senior care or home care is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of dementia care practices is an advantage.
• Previous experience in hospice care is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic cooking skills for meal preparation are required.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation duties.

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
