Our Toronto based client is looking for a live in Maintenance Technician who believes in providing elevated customer service with experience working in residential property management. If you own your basic tools and are willing to relocate, this may be a great opportunity for you.
The client is also offering a free 2-bedroom/1 bathroom apartment including utilities (excluding internet) as well as free parking on site for the duration of your employment. They offer a competitive salary, benefits, paid vacation and sick days as well as bonuses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be willing to live in an apartment (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom)
  • 2+ years maintenance or related experience
  • Must be willing to relocate
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check * Provide two references

Responsibilities
  • Promptly respond to resident issues and service requests
  • Perform general maintenance to properties including light and heavy maintenance
  • Execute electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, flooring, snow removal, etc.
  • Maintain clean and tidy properties, ensuring interior and surrounding grounds are kept in excellent condition
  • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine repairs or preventative maintenance.
