The Three Daggers is a 2 AA Rosette Inn with its own brewery, farm, farm shop and self catering cottages in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside.

We are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef with rosette experience to join our team and to work with the Head Chef in driving the business forwards. Its important to have an easy and friendly approach towards your colleagues in our happy kitchen.
You will have experience working at a Sous Chef level. You will be organised, reliable and passionate about food, with good attention to detail. You will support the Head Chef in maintaining menu consistency and in developing a creative, seasonal and stand out menu.
