JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing homes, hospice care, or dementia care, and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for those they care for. This role requires a blend of physical stamina and emotional intelligence to ensure the well-being of clients. The role requires you to stay with the client.

SKILLS

  • Experience in nursing home settings or hospice care is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of dementia care practices is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
  • Physical capability for heavy lifting as required by client needs.
  • Ability to prepare meals that cater to dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • A valid driver’s licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing care are essential attributes for success in this role.
