Musos Entertainment is a Vancouver-based Entertainment Booking Agency, We are leaders in providing top quality musical entertainment to Weddings, Corporate & Special Events and handling Complete Venue Entertainment Management for Hotels, Restaurants, Bars and Music Venues. In summary, we provide Live Music and DJ’s for any occasion.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Musos is seeking an Booking Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, have great attention to detail, has excellent oral and written communication skills, is forward thinking and have previous event or wedding planning (or similar) industry experience in all facets including: sales, administration and customer service.
Individual must be reliable, self motivated and is capable to juggle multiple priorities at once. The ability to keep calm under pressure is essential.
This is a great role for anyone that is motivated to work from home while still being a part of a team and is able to work between the hours of 2pm-7pm Wednesday to Friday and Saturdays 10am-3pm.
A passion for music is a bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a music agent, event or wedding coordinator, wedding planner or similar role would be beneficial.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with high volume of emails and knowledge of email management
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Google work, Quickbooks Online and resourceful internet research abilities.
  • Be able to work between the hours of 2pm - 7pm, Wednesday-Friday and Saturdays 10am-3pm
  • Knowledge of music or event/wedding planning industry a bonus.

Responsibilities

This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Act as primary liaison between our client and artists - ensure ongoing correspondence such that relevant project information and deadlines are clearly communicated and adhered to as well as any event related questions are responded to in a timely manner
  • Act as primary liaison with event venues, suppliers, and vendors - ensure all event requirements are communicated and executed as necessary
  • Oversee event details and coordinates the backend and offsite event and weddings logistics, including the creation and management of artists, timelines, production schedules, event logistics, venue, and supplier bookings.
  • Maintaining, scheduling and coordinating high-demand schedules and calendars.
  • Working closely and establishing relationships with clients; being intuitive to their needs.
  • Manage, Update and be responsible for our backend CRM system
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager
  • The position would include working from home and meeting with the Musos team at a co- work space on requested meetings and dates.
