OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Stream Host Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our live stream operations, assisting the host during shows, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for our audience. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for customer interaction and live content creation.

EXPERIENCE

  • MUST speak and type fluent Mandarin Chinese AND English (Billingual)
  • Previous experience in live streaming, customer service, or event coordination is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in real time.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time execution of live events.
  • Proficient in customer service, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms used for live streaming and online engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
  • A genuine interest in live content, community engagement, and interactive online experiences.

  • Support the host during live streams by managing logistics, monitoring chats, and facilitating smooth show flow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing viewer inquiries and ensuring a positive community experience.
  • Help promote and upsell featured products or services during streams to enhance audience engagement and drive sales.
  • Maintain organized records of live show content, viewer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all aspects of the live stream—from setup to post-show follow-ups—run seamlessly.
  • Manage time effectively to meet stream schedules and handle real-time needs efficiently.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to improve show performance and audience satisfaction.
