INTRODUCTION

FilmMyMatch provides professional filming, editing, and live streaming services for sports organisations across the UK. Using the latest technology, we deliver high-quality coverage for a wide range of clients including The FA, RFU, County FAs, independent schools, and grassroots football and rugby clubs. We currently film and stream over 100 games per month nationwide.
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Live Stream Producer / Vision Mixer to join our team and help deliver broadcast-quality live streams for our clients.

DESIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

· Strong interest in video production and live broadcasting.
· Passion and understanding of sports.
· Experience using vMix software.
· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (essential) and basic knowledge of After Effects (preferred).
· Experience in post-production and editing.
· Understanding of live audio mixing (desirable).
· Highly organised, punctual, and able to work to tight deadlines.
· Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
· Strong attention to detail.

EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED):

· Vision Mixing: 1 year
· Live Production: 1 year

· Develop and manage production schedules with precise timings.
· Configure and test connections, inputs, and outputs in vMix.
· Deliver RTMP feeds to streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Joymo, etc.).
· Communicate effectively with on-site camera operators before and during events.
· Vision-mix multiple inputs to create a seamless, engaging live production.
· Implement live graphics and overlays in vMix.
· Create instant replays and clips in real time.
· Set up and operate live production cameras when required.
· Perform post-production editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
· Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively during live streams.
