As a Live Stream Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, creative, and effective livestream sessions that connect with audiences and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day live stream operations: product listings, inventory coordination, and customer inquiries during live broadcasts.
• Plan and execute live stream events, including content scheduling, scriptwriting, interactive games, giveaways, and trending topics.
• Support hosts during streams by energizing audiences and engaging directly with fans.
• Collect and analyze live stream data (viewer count, engagement rate, conversion rate) to provide insights and optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with livestream platforms such as TikTok, Whatnot, or similar.
• Strong planning, scriptwriting, and execution skills.
• Ability to integrate and coordinate resources across teams.
• Previous experience managing livestream operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
