Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Live Studio Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on the studio floor in a dynamic, high-pressure 24/7 broadcast environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of casino table games, coupled with the ability to manage large teams with professionalism and efficiency. This role will on occasion appear on camera and a polished appearance will be very important. Key Responsibilities: Roster Management: Create, maintain, and adjust complex shift rosters for a 24/7 operation. Ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts, including holidays and weekends. Staff Supervision & Issue Resolution: Monitor punctuality, attendance, and adherence to schedules. Handle daily staff issues including lateness, sick calls, absenteeism, and shift swaps. Resolve interpersonal conflicts promptly and professionally. On-Camera Presentation Oversight: Ensure the quality and consistency of the appearance of on-camera staff in accordance with company standards and brand guidelines. Conduct grooming and presentation checks prior to and during live shifts. Ensure the game etiquette is maintained. Ensure all rules are adhered to. Ensure hosts are at the studio set on time Ensure errors are resolved according to the standards Ensure all compliance directives are adhered to Crisis & Pressure Management: Make quick, effective decisions during unexpected events or technical challenges. Maintain composure under immense pressure and during high-stakes live operations. Casino Game Knowledge and Performance Evaluation: Possess a strong working knowledge of live casino table games (e.g.Roulette,) to ensure smooth integration between gameplay and broadcast. Must be able to provide reports and performance updates Should be able to provide Innovative ways to improve performance and quality standards Be able to proposed policy and procedural recommendations Be able to identify training needs and operational improvement changes Technical Operations: Possess advanced technical skills and stay updated on the latest studio and broadcasting technologies. Liaise with the technical and IT departments to troubleshoot issues and maintain seamless live production. Availability: Be available for contact and possible work on off-days and public holidays as operational needs require. Be flexible with working hours and responsive to urgent calls. Qualifications Proven experience in a live studio, broadcast, or similar high-pressure environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent planning and organizational ability, especially with large teams and shifting schedules. Professional appearance and an eye for detail, particularly regarding on-camera presentation. Conflict resolution training or experience is highly desirable. Proficient with workforce management software, live studio equipment, and digital communication tools. Solid understanding of casino table games is a must. Technologically savvy, with a passion for staying ahead of broadcast and studio tech trends. Preferred Experience: 3+ years in a similar role in live broadcast or casino-related studio. Experience in managing or scheduling large teams in a 24/7 operation. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in gaming or live entertainment.
