ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a mid-level System Operator – Racing Tech to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in system operations who’s ready to step into a fast-paced environment where racing and technology converge.
You’ll begin with first-line support and quickly progress to second-line responsibilities, ensuring the stability and accuracy of our systems during live race days. It’s a hands-on technical role that blends AWS, monitoring, and networking expertise with the energy and challenge of live racing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor live race data systems; ensure uptime and accuracy.
• Use Grafana/AWS CloudWatch to spot and resolve issues fast.
• Provide 1st–2nd level support across software, hardware, and networking.
• Configure and maintain AWS services (MQTT, AppSync, Lambda).
• Support venue connectivity and document fixes/changes.
• Contribute to IoT/GPS integration and ongoing system improvements.
