As a member of the LiveOpsTeam at Betsson Group, you will help us refine our ITSM platform. We’re looking for a skilled person who will join our team in the challenges of finding solutions that will support following the processes of ITIL v4 in a fast moving, high paced organization with as little friction for participants as possible. This is an opportunity for who want to be challenged with setting in structure, being an advocate for the process, and gaining inclusion and buy-in needed by responsible parties. There will be a need to understand and produce reporting on Incidents and subsequent Root Cause Analysis as that leads into Problem Management. Documenting the RCA and Problem Management Process Improving upon those processes Reporting on Incidents, RCA and Problem statistics for LiveOps(NOC) Charing working groups for complex RCA and Problems acting as Project Manager Participating to daily reporting and follow-ups of RCA and Problems Creating and maintaining a Known Issue Database What we are looking for ITIL v4 Foundation Certification (more advanced welcome) Advanced Excel experience Advanced PowerPoint experience 1-3 Years of experience in a production Software development environment Proven methods to generate professional reports for consumption by C-Level management down to Software Developers Project Management experience (uncertified) What we offer Much like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN!
