Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Livestock team with administrative responsibilities, focusing on livestock sales and general administration tasks. As part of the team, you will engage in various livestock division activities, including sales support for saleyard, stud stock, clearing and private sale administration tasks.

  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Handle the processing of weekly livestock sales and other sales-related tasks.
  • Utilize programs like SAP and Plasma.
  • Manage client proceeds, ensuring account transactions are reconciled accurately.
  • Offer additional support to the livestock admin team when needed.
