The team you will be part of The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time. The part you will play We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Host for our Live Commerce team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our live streaming sessions, engaging with the audience, presenting products, and driving sales through interactive and compelling presentations. You will work closely with our production and marketing teams to create memorable and impactful live commerce experiences. As a Livestream Host, you will take charge of Host live commerce sessions on various platforms (e.g., Shopee Live, Lazada Live, TikTok Shop). Present and demonstrate products in an engaging, informative, and entertaining manner. Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and encouraging purchases. Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to develop content and themes for live sessions. Stay informed about the products being showcased and the brand’s identity to accurately represent them. Analyze viewer engagement and sales metrics to continuously improve performance. Maintain a strong social media presence to drive viewership and brand loyalty. Assist in setting up and preparing the live streaming environment. Provide feedback on products and customer preferences to the marketing team. What we are looking for - the ideal profile Previous experience as a live host, presenter, or in a similar role. Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think quickly and adapt to live situations. A passion for sales and the ability to persuade and influence others. Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and the live commerce industry is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by live sessions. Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to leverage them for audience engagement. Proficient in both English and Indonesian languages. A high level of professionalism and reliability.
