Job Description You are an experienced real estate professional with a solid background in Capital Markets, with exposure to Living as well as complementary asset classes. You have developed the ability to manage transactions with a good level of autonomy and to interact confidently with institutional investors and clients. You combine strong analytical and financial skills with a commercial mindset and effective communication abilities. You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of projects, while working closely with senior colleagues and broader teams. Experience gained in Living Capital Markets, Office Capital Markets, Office Agency or Operational Living platforms (e.g. PBSA, Flexible Living operators) will all be considered valuable and relevant to the role. Your Activities Independently manage and execute the analysis of real estate transactions supporting clients’ underwriting and investment processes from a financial, commercial, and market perspective. Analyze buy-side and sell-side opportunities for institutional clients, including the preparation and review of teasers and information memoranda. Develop and review business plans and advanced financial models to support investment decisions. Prepare high-quality presentation materials for investors and clients, including market research, financial analysis, and investment rationales. Actively participate in client interactions and meetings, serving as a key point of contact during transaction execution. Monitor and report on ongoing mandates, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to timelines. Support business development activities through active networking, market analysis, sector insights, and contribution to new business opportunities. Qualifications Academic degree (Economics, Engineering, Architecture preferred). 5–7 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, Advisory or Agency, within the Living, Residential and/or Office sectors. Strong knowledge of real estate financial analysis and modelling (DCF, business plans). Solid understanding of institutional investors and Real Estate market dynamics. Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently. Ambitious, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset. Native Italian speaker or C1 level, intermediate (B1 level) in English Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
