  • Automation Engineer

The Automation Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, implementing automation solutions, and supporting validation activities to enhance the efficiency and quality of filling processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and robotics.
  • Experience with vial filling equipment and processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop automation strategies, and support validation activities.
  • Troubleshoot and debug automation systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to automation systems as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to operators on the proper use of automation systems.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advances in automation technology to drive continuous improvement.
